Available for recurring cleaning once a Top-to-Bottom Deep Clean is completed.

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly maintenance cleaning options.

  • Dust A/C vents
  • Dust knick-knacks and lamps
  • Dust furniture
  • Dust blinds
  • Dust window sills
  • Make beds
  • Dust doors and door frames
  • Dust baseboards
  • Empty trash and reline can
  • Vacuum floors
  • Mop hard surface floors

Kitchen

The following checklist items are included for the kitchen:

  • Clean countertops
  • Dust countertop items
  • Clean exterior of appliances
  • Spot clean cabinets
  • Thoroughly clean sink and faucet
  • Clean Inside Microwave

Bathrooms

The following checklist items are included for bathrooms:

  • Scrub showers/tubs to remove soap scum
  • Treat mold and mildew
  • Clean countertops
  • Dust countertop items
  • Clean mirrors
  • Sanitize sinks and faucets
  • Spot clean cabinet fronts
  • Sanitize the toilet and toilet area

Add-On Services

The following can be added to any regular cleaning for an additional charge:

  • Clean inside the oven

  • Clean inside the refrigerator

  • Washing Blinds

Please note:

*We do not do dishes * We do not do laundry. Please have clean sheets laid out (One set included, $10 each additional set) if you want the techs to change them.

We do not use a ladder; higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster within reach. *We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build-up may require a professional mini-blind cleaning service.

*Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave. We try to limit the amount of dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
